Eric Bieniemy Taking The UCLA Offensive Coordinator Job Is Really Not A Big Deal

27 Feb

Honestly, I don’t think this is as a big deal as SAS and others are making it out to be. Because, simply put, not everything is about race–which is what SAS tried to attach to Bieniemy in the first place. And that’s certainly not the coach’s fault. Bieniemy, for whatever reason, could be such a bad interviewee that he decided to quit attempting to get head coaching jobs, stick it out as an offensive coordinator instead, still get paid handsomely and take the OC job that best fits him, whether that’s in the NFL or college football. Shoot, as we’ve seen time and time again, some coordinators are just meant to be coordinators.

Stephen A Smith Nukes ‘Fat Bastard’ Sports Journalist Jason Whitlock

12 Jan

Honestly, Whitlock been had this coming, attacking SAS for like a decade without the ESPN “First Take” host saying anything in return. I mean, it’s one thing to criticize and after professional sports athletes who are in the limelight and know what comes with the territory. But Whitlock, a self-proclaimed “Christian”, rarely talks about what you did on the field as much as he’ll go after your character as a person, your kids, your spouse, family etc. Then there’s all the old colleagues he’s long burned bridges with that he attacks personally every week for click-bait. Just watch his show a couple of times and you’ll see right away that the guy really is a pos and a hypocrite and can no way be a Christian when you considering all the personal venom he tosses at people on the daily.

Chris Russo Was Right About Shaq Being 5th Best Center in NBA History

1 Jan

Jay Williams is a former NBA player so I don’t expect him to know his NBA history like your average basketball pundit you see on TV. But Stephen A. Smith, a certified and longtime basketball aficionado, should know better than to dismiss Mad Dog like that. Russo is a sports broadcasting legend and historian who knows his shit (which is exactly why Smith brought him to “First Take” in the first place). That said, Kareem is definitely the greatest center of all-time imo. Wilt is definitely top 5. I’d put Bill Russell in there too. The next 3 for me would be Olajuwon, Shaq and then Malone. But I’m not mad at anyone putting Malone and his 3 MVP’s ahead of Shaq.
